The New Zealand Audiological Society is pleased to announce that it will hold its 2021 conference from 25-27 August 2021 in Rotorua. A little later in the year than usual but with all the 2020 events that were postponed due to Covid-19, there were limited dates available to accommodate the NZAS Conference.

Rotorua is well-known for its adventure activities – there is so much on offer. You can relax in the geothermal pools or bike around the Whakarewarewa forest. The lake is picturesque and Rotorua is renowned for its Māori culture.

You will be hosted at the Rotorua Energy Events Centre positioned at the edge of Lake Rotorua. There is plenty of car parking and it is an easy walk to accommodation and restaurants. The venue is an outstanding conference facility and offers a number of breakout rooms which allow for a more interactive conference.

The theme of the conference is Holistic Hearing. We hope that you can join us to reflect on the presentations from world class speakers and engage with your colleagues to discuss ways to make their suggestions work in your clinical practice.
